COLLECT PERSONAL DATA

The data to be processed by the Data Controller may be obtained from the Data Subject, including through remote communication methods used by the Data Controller (e.g. websites, applications for smartphones and tablets, call centres, etc.). It may also be obtained from third parties (e.g. parties who arrange transactions on behalf of the Data Subject, commercial companies and risk information companies, outside companies for market research purposes, etc.).

Furthermore, data from public sources will be utilised, including public registers, lists and documents that are accessible to the general public (such as balance sheets, information contained in the company registry at the Chambers of Commerce, real estate documents and other authorising documents, such as mortgage registration or foreclosure transcripts). Additionally, data will be extracted from sources that are publicly and generally accessible to all, such as printed or digital newspapers, information taken from telephone directories, websites of government agencies or other supervisory and regulatory authorities.

The processing of the data subject’s personal data is carried out for the purpose of performing preliminary and follow-up actions related to registration requests, information and contact management, and the sending of information material. This is in addition to any other obligations that may arise.
The legal basis for such processing is the fulfilment of services corresponding to the registration request, the provision of information and contact data and/or the sending of information materials, as well as the fulfilment of legal obligations.

The processing of the data subject’s personal data is carried out for the purpose of performing actions prior to and subsequent to the purchase of the service and/or product. Additionally, the processing of personal data may be required for the sending of messages with content and for the performance of any other obligations arising from the contract.

The processing of the data subject’s personal data is carried out for the purpose of ensuring control in order to monitor and prevent fraudulent actions and payments. This is achieved through the use of software systems that carry out automated checks prior to the negotiation of the service or product. Failure to carry out the requisite checks will result in the transaction being unable to proceed.

Promotions for services or products that are similar to those purchased

We process your data to send you emails about similar products and services to those you’ve already bought. You can opt out at any time.
The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller to promote products or services that may be of interest to the customer.

The Data Subject can object at any time to the processing of their personal data for the relevant purpose.

Promotional activities for CLICKK services/products

The data subject’s personal data is used to send messages about promotions and offers of the Owner’s Services/Products by traditional and automated means.

The legal basis for this processing is the data subject’s consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

If you don’t give consent, you can’t use the services. This won’t affect your contract with the data controller.

Promoting CLICKK products and services

We process your data to send you messages about offers from CLICKK companies. We use traditional methods (e.g. post, calls) and automated methods (e.g. email, SMS, fax).

The management of fees, payments and reimbursements related to the execution of contracts is the responsibility of the relevant department.
External specialists/ consultants and consulting companies
Our services include the fulfilment of legal obligations, enforcement of rights, protection of contractual rights and collection of debts.
Financial management, state authorities, judicial authorities, supervisory bodies and oversight and control.
The fulfilment of legal obligations and the protection of rights are ensured by the maintenance of lists and registers by public authorities or similar bodies, based on special regulations, in connection with the requested service.
This refers to individuals who have been formally appointed to a position with a recognised legal title.
This includes legal representatives, supervisors, guardians, and other relevant parties.
Entities in these categories act as either independent data controllers or as data processors, appointed by the data controller.

In addition, data may be accessible to the Owner’s personnel, including interns, temporary employees, consultants, and specifically authorised data processors, in connection with the performance of assigned tasks. In any case, personal data will not be disseminated and therefore will not become known to unidentified persons, in any form, such as by granting them access or reviewing their records.

HOW WE PROCESS DATA

All data processing will be carried out by manual, computerised and telematic means in compliance with the necessary measures prescribed by regulations to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data and to prevent damage, both material and non-material.

WHERE WE PROCESS DATA

Please be advised that the personal data of the data subject is stored in archives located in the European Union. In order to achieve the stated purposes, the data of the data subject may be transferred abroad to countries or organisations outside the European Union that guarantee a level of personal data protection deemed adequate by the European Commission in its decision, or based on other appropriate guarantees, such as the Standard Contract Clauses adopted by the European Commission, or with the consent of the data subject. The Data Subject is entitled to obtain a copy of the aforementioned guarantees, as well as a list of the countries/organisations to which the data has been transferred, by writing to info@clickk.io.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP STAKEHOLDER DATA

The data will be stored in a form that identifies the data subject for a period of time not exceeding that necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with the laws applicable to the activities and sectors in which the data controller operates. Once the established time limits have lapsed, the data will be deleted or converted into an anonymous form, except in cases where its continued retention is necessary to fulfil obligations (such as tax and accounting ones) that remain even after termination, or to comply with orders issued by public authorities and/or supervisory bodies.

WHAT ARE MY DATA RIGHTS

The Data Subject has the right to contact info@clickk.io to access, delete, correct, merge, limit, portability, and object to processing of their data in accordance with the Regulations.

Furthermore, the data subject has the right to file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority in Slovakia or with the authority responsible for enforcing data protection laws in the Member State where the violation occurred, as outlined in Article 77 of the Regulation. Additionally, the data subject may pursue legal action in accordance with Articles 78 and 79 of the Regulation.
